This position is for seasoned Operations Manager in the Painting and cabinet install business. Experience in this field is a requirement for this position.
We are looking for someone to take responsibility for job management for a 7 figure operation. Most of the work is residential repaints (80%) and commercial paint work (20%). We also do fine carpentry work including cabinet modifications, countertop and backsplash installs, some flooring work, and window and door installations. All of the work is in the North Atlanta Area.
Responsibilities:
You will have responsibility for job completion after the sale is made. This includes choosing subs, insuring that labor costs are in line with the work, ordering and getting materials to job site, and insuring customer satisfaction. A background in renovation, and project management is required. You should be able to work with little supervision, resolve customer and labor issues and keep management updated on a regular basis.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 5 years related experience
- A list of sub contractors they can call on
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to run multiple jobs at the same time

Compensation: $7,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
